The Collin College women's volleyball team suffered its first conference loss of the season, falling 3-1 (23-25, 26-24, 22-25, 23-25) to Hill College on Sept. 6.

  • Fr. OH Lauren Larkins led the team with a career-high 10 kills on 24 attempts, hitting .300. She added 3 digs, 2 block assists, and 3 service aces to total 16.0 points—her most complete performance of the season
  • Fr. OH Maya Nalls followed closely with seven kills, three digs, two solo blocks, and one service ace. She totaled 10.0 points—her second straight match scoring in double digits
  • Fr. OH Andrea Ortega posted five kills to add 5.0 points
  • So. MB Tylisee Brinkley chipped in four kills on 10 attempts and three block assists, finishing with 5.5 points
  • Fr. OH Amaya Carter had three kills and one service ace. This marked her sixth match with a service ace this season
  • Fr. OH Oge Ugorji stood out with three kills on 13 attempts and a perfect 1.000 serve receive percentage, totaling 7.0 points behind two block assists and two service aces
  • So. DS Bella Foutz added one kill, two service aces, and a team-high 16 assists.
  • So. S Parker Kimbal added 15 assists, 14 digs, and one kill
  • Fr. OH Razi Shelby tallied two kills
  • Fr. LIB Emily Torres anchored the defense with 20 digs and two service aces
